We are extending our Solar Inverter Team and are looking for an Account Sales Engineer for Turkey.


You will be responsible for developing new relationships, monitoring, coordinating, generating, and facilitating sales of Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV Solution and SUN2000 series inverters in the specified territory, using the strategic selling approach. Duties include leading an aggressive build-up of market share by expanding businesses, partnerships, and entering new markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Build, manage and enhance the company’s sales operations in the specified territory, including setting future strategic sales direction

· Successfully execute a brand and messaging strategy that positions Huawei as an industry leader in the alternative energy industry

· Initiate, implement and maintain strategic alliances with key partners-distributors, System Integrators and customers

· Identify market opportunities both within and outside of traditional client base, and develops strategies to penetrate those markets

· Attend trade shows, conferences and Huawei workshops

· Provide outstanding customer support

· Other duties as may be required or assigned

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Min. Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Management

· 2-3 years of sales experience in solar business

· Excellent communication skills

· Good technical knowledge of solar systems will be an advantage

· Success-oriented, flexible and a team player

· Excellent presentation skills in Turkish and English languages; internal working language is Turkish & English

· Experienced to manage multiple tasks in parallel while keeping focus on the main targets, able to work under pressure, strong willingness for continuous learning

· Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization

· Have driving license, willing to travel within Turkey, occasionally abroad

· For male candidates, military service should be completed

· Position is based in Adana
